Contact customer service for expedited shipping options, which may involve additional shipping costs.
Express Shipping Note:
Express shipping does not support delivery to PO.BOX/APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Remote islands may experience slower shipping times and additional fees may apply for remote delivery.

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including incorrect delivery information such as address, contact number, or recipient name. In such cases, we cannot issue a refund. If you discover incorrect information on your order, please contact us at [email protected] before shipment with your order number and corrected details.

Where do you ship your products from？
Our products are dispatched from various warehouses in different countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, and China. When we ship your order, it will be sent from the warehouse that has the relevant stock available at that time. This ensures that your delivery is as quick and efficient as possible. It’s important to note that, in order to speed up the delivery process, your order may be divided and shipped from multiple warehouses.
Goods will be shipped from warehouses around the world. If the warehouse closest to you does not have stock, the goods will be shipped from a warehouse that does.
Please note: Since the value of our goods is low (less than $100), many countries will not levy customs duty. However, it does not rule out that some countries will charge customs duty.

After you’ve placed an order, we’ll email you with all the details. Our brands and partner boutiques have 2 business days to process your order. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, it can take 2 – 7 business days for your package to arrive. We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.

‘Satin’ isn’t actually a fabric—it’s a type of weave or finish. When people say “satin pillowcase,” they’re usually referring to synthetic satin, like polyester. While synthetic satin might feel smooth to the touch, your skin and hair will notice the difference after eight hours of sleep.
Silk, on the other hand, is a natural fiber. Synthetic satin is petroleum-based, thinner, rougher, and less breathable—often trapping heat and moisture, which cancels out the benefits.

Accept no imitations.
Momme is a traditional imperial unit used to measure the weight of silk. The higher the momme, the thicker and more durable the silk—and the more luxurious the feel and drape.
Unfortunately, some less reputable suppliers measure momme at earlier stages of production rather than the final product—leading to inflated and misleading claims.
At Shuerhome, we guarantee a true 22 momme silk, and our customers consistently say they can feel the difference.
While silk has traditionally required hand washing or dry cleaning, our high-quality Shuerhomesilk is machine washable. However, it’s still silk—and it deserves gentle care.
- Always use a pH-neutral liquid detergent or fabric softener.
Silk is a natural fiber, and exposure to solutions that are too acidic or alkaline can cause the fabric to stiffen after just one wash. If the pH isn’t listed, choose a detergent made specifically for silk. Never use bleach. - Watch the temperature.
Water even slightly over 30°C / 85°F can damage silk. If your machine doesn’t show precise temperatures, opt for cold or one setting above cold to stay safe. - Use a delicates bag if your washing machine tends to tug or twist garments. It’s optional, but helpful for added protection.
- For maximum longevity, hand washing is ideal.
- The gentler the care, the longer your pillowcase will retain its natural sheen—which enhances its signature ‘slip’ and contributes to the beauty benefits you love.
- When drying, never use a tumble dryer. Air drying is best.
